Harassment » Generally offensive words are allowed depending on the context of use. » If the context of a message can be considered harassment (including but not limited to: statements that are personally offensive, threatening the safety of another player, or offenses on non-Mazareta platforms) is punishable. The sanction is based on the seriousness and determination of a staff member. 2. Spamming / Illegal Advertising » You are not permitted to flood channels with nonsensical messages. » You are not permitted to send messages regarding other servers or Tibia in-game. Messages regarding other games (Ex. League of Legends, World of Warcraft, etc.) are permitted. » You are not permitted to buy or sell any material (characters, items, etc.) for real life money. Doing so will result in deletion of the entire account and any account tied to both IP addresses related to the transaction. 3. Bugs / Game Weaknesses » You are not permitted to exploit bugs. If you happen to find a bug, we ask you to report it immediately using /report "message" in-game with a small description of the bug. If need be, you may contact a staff member in-game or on the Forum. You may be compensated for reporting a bug if you do not abuse it. If you find a bug and exploit it without reporting it, the server will likely be reset to the previous day and your account and any account tied to your IP address will be deleted. » You are not permitted to take advantage of game mechanics to affect gameplay in a way that obstructs its natural order. (Ex. Arranging objects or characters in a way that other players cannot move them, killing your own characters / friends for frag rewards or power leveling, etc.) » If you are linked to DDoS attacks against our server, all accounts linked to your IP address will be deleted indefinitely. Your IP range will be banned indefinitely. Furthermore, our dedicated server company will be contacted with your information and legal action may be taken. 4. Server Staff » You are not permitted, in any way, to impersonate a staff member. If you do so, every account tied to your IP address will be deleted and your IP address range will be blocked indefinitely. » Gamemasters reserve the right to make any decision they desire as moderated by Frodo. If you feel the decision cannot be justified by the Gamemaster, you may private message Frodo on the Forum. After a final decision is made by Frodo, it cannot be refuted further. Doing so will lead to further punishment. 5. Accounts: » Account sharing is not allowed. This infraction yields no punishment, but your account will never be recovered for you if there is any evidence that your account has been willingly shared. » Hacking of any kind is not permitted. If an account is reported as hacked and a hacking can be proven, any account linked to the hackers IP address will be deleted and their IP range will be blocked indefinitely. 6. Donations: » Any player that takes their money back through means of claim over PayPal will be PERMANENTLY IP-RANGE BANNED! The account of the player will be HARD DELETED AUTOMATICALLY! Owner Mazareta has the final decision on all actions taken. A violation of the Rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined by the gamemaster imposing the banishment.
