The damage of players depend on 3 things:.
Level
Magic Level [More effective in mages].
Skills (distance, melee).
What is the role of wand fighting?
Each +1 wand fighting skills = 7 more hitting to your wand for example if your wand hit 100 and you have 1 wand fighting so the original hit with wand fighting +1 = 107.
Why do you deal low damage vs players?
Because players vs players damage reduced by 50% and this is kind of damage balance.
